石墨烯散热涂料(AG·TL-HS-01)

AG·TL-HS-01为我司开发的一款新型石墨烯散热涂料产品,将其涂刷于基材之上,可大幅提升基材的辐射散热能力(涂层热辐射系数>0.9)。


本产品导热散热性能优异,可将基材热量以红外线的形式向环境扩散,降低产品工作温度,升器件的散热性能,降低器件表面与内部温度,进而提高产品整体的使用寿命与稳定性能。


AG· TL-HS-01 for our development of a new graphene thermal coating products, it is applied to the substrate, can greatly improve the radiation cooling capacity of the substrate (coating thermal radiation coefficient >0.9).


This product has excellent thermal conductivity, which can spread the substrate heat to the environment in the form of infrared light, reduce the operating temperature of the product, increase the thermal performance of the device, reduce the surface and internal temperature of the device, and thus improve the overall service life and stable performance of the product.

石墨烯是世界上导热性能最好的材料,导热系数高达5300 W/m·K,远高于金属、陶瓷及其它材料。除此之外,Matsumoto T.等人发现石墨烯的热辐射发射率在红外线范围为0.99,非常接近理论黑体辐射的热辐射发射率1。

                                   

Graphene is the world's best thermally conductive material, with a thermal conductivity of up to 5300 W/m.K, far higher than metals, ceramics and other materials. In addition, Matsumoto T. et al. found that graphene has a thermal radiation emission rate of 0.99 in the infrared range, very close to the thermal radiation emission rate of theoretical black body radiation1.

Compared with the thermal conduction and thermal radiation capacity of ordinary metal materials, graphene has the characteristics of thermal conduction and thermal radiation in thermal cooling applications, and has considerable potential as a thermal radiation cooling material.

利用石墨烯制成散热涂料,涂刷在要散热降温或是加快热量传导的器件表面,热量导入涂层后,涂层可以以红外波长波段向大气空间或是物体内在空间自动辐射热能(发射率>0.9),进而加快热量交换,降低物体表面及内部温度。
